General Safety:

Why should I choose Leanvibe Hub over a regular gym coach?

Most coaches only understand "sets and reps". "As a dual-licensed Physical Therapist(PTRP) and Registered Nurse (RN). I understand your anatomy, your metabolic health, and your injury history. I don't just give you a workout; I give you a medically sound plan that respects your body's limits and potential.

I have slipped disc/scoliosis. Is this safe for me?

This is exactly why you are here. Because I am a Physical Therapist, I specialize in Clinical Exercise. We start with a thorough assessment to ensure every movement in your program protects your spine while strengthening the muscles around it.

Physiotherapy and Recovery:

What is the difference between your Sports Thai Massage and a Regular Spa Massage

A Spa Massage is for relaxation. My Sports Thai Massage is a recovery tool. It involves assisted stretching, joint mobilization, and myofascial release designed to improve your range of motion and athletic performance. 

Does Cupping Therapy hurt?

You will feel a "tightening" sensation as the cup decompresses your fascia, but it should not be painful. It may leave a temporary circular mark (ecchymosis) which usually fades in 3-7 days - these are signs of increased blood flow, and toxins release.

How does the "Digital PT consultation” work?

We meet via high-definition video. I will ask you to perform specific movements( like a squat or forward fold) to assess your biomechanics. Based on what I see, I'll create a custom Corrective Exercise Plan you can follow at home or in the gym.

Fitness and Nutrition:

I'm 40+ years old. Can I still get lean and build muscle?

Absolutely. I'm 51 y.o and an active athlete myself. Our Leanvibe Method focuses on high-protein nutrition and dumbbell hypertrophy, which is the most effective way to maintain muscle mass and bone density as we age.

Do I need a full gym for the fitness program?

No. Most of my programs are designed for Dumbbells and bodyweight. Whether you train at home or at a hotel gym while traveling, you can achieve elite results with minimal equipment.

130g of protein sounds like a lot. How will I hit that?

As an RN, I've designed meal plans using local, accessible Filipino ingredients (Tuna, Bangus, Chicken, Beef, Eggs). I teach you how to hit your targets without feeling bloated or breaking your budget.
